By accessing or using Phleet’s platform (“Platform”) during the Beta Phase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are specific to the Beta version of the Platform and will be subject to updates and modifications throughout the Beta Phase.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS messages sent through the Platform comply with the rules and regulations of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to national, state, and local regulations governing messaging.
Users must not engage in any activity that violates the rights of others or facilitates illegal activities. You must also comply with the terms of usage of your mobile carrier, including adhering to their restrictions on message volume and content. Message and data rates may apply, meaning your carrier could charge for sending, receiving, or interacting with SMS messages. Since Phleet’s system uses your personal phone plan, you are responsible for understanding any charges that may occur.
As a user of the Beta version of the Platform, you agree to the following:
All content and trademarks related to the Platform are owned by Phleet. For detailed terms regarding intellectual property, please refer to the License Agreement.
Phleet is not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through the Platform. Use third-party services at your own risk. Any interactions or transactions with third-party websites linked through the Platform are solely between you and the third party.
During the Beta Phase, Phleet does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform is in its early stages and may be subject to bugs, limited features, and service disruptions due to ongoing development and updates. Phleet is not liable for any interruptions or issues with performance, and users should be aware that the Beta version may affect message delivery.
Phleet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Beta Platform at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications may include changes to features, pricing, or the terms of service. Users enrolled in the Beta will pay a specific price for a defined period to test the application, and will be required to provide feedback on system performance.
