Obligation to Inform and Educate. Business Users are responsible for informing their End-Users about the nature of the data collected, the purposes of its collection, and how it is processed within Phleet SMS’s services. The data collected and shared during these interactions is determined by the Business Customer's privacy practices and policies. End Users should refer to the respective Business Customer’s privacy policy for details on their data collection and use practices. PHLEET SMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY OF OUR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS. The Business Customers acknowledge and agree that Phleet SMS is indemnified and shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, or losses that arise from the operations or data management practices of Business Customers. Users acknowledge that any claims related to data handling by Business Customers must be directed towards the respective Business Customer and not Phleet SMS.

THE BUSINESS USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING THE NECESSARY CONSENTS AND ENSURING LEGALITY WITH THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF SUCH DATA.
